Programs

Basic Lessons

Our Basic Swim program focuses on water safety and teaching essential swimming skills. Students will learn fundamental strokes like freestyle, floating techniques, proper breathing exercises, and crucial pool safety practices. We offer private and semi-private lessons ranging from 20 minutes for beginners to 60 minutes for advanced swimmers. Lessons are available Monday through Friday, with weekend options depending on availability.

Adult Lessons

It's never too late to learn how to swim! Many adults missed the opportunity to learn as children, making the prospect of starting as an adult intimidating. At Swimlegit, we're here to help you overcome any fears and build your confidence in the water.

We offer private and semi-private swim lessons tailored to your skill level. Beginners can expect 45-minute sessions, while more experienced swimmers can opt for up to 60-minute lessons. Lessons are available Monday through Friday, with weekend options depending on availability. To accelerate progress, we recommend at least two lessons per week for the first five weeks. This consistent practice helps build confidence, master basic skills, and develop muscle memory and endurance.

Group Lessons

At Swimlegit, we offer Group Lessons as a fun and engaging way to build upon the essential water survival skills learned in our Survival Swim program. Our classes are designed for children ages 4 and up, grouped by age and ability level. To ensure a safe and effective learning environment, all participants must undergo an evaluation to assess their swimming proficiency.

Group Lessons are crucial for maintaining and enhancing the valuable Survival Swim skills, which can deteriorate over time. By practicing in a group setting, children develop essential problem-solving abilities and confidence in the water. These skills are not only vital for safety but can also serve as a foundation for competitive swimming or triathlon.
